1) The DOE is requested to further clarify how values used for parameters FGTNG,y and FSTNG,y are appropriate given that the certifacates of calibration of Fluke and Crystal equipments used to calibrate the gas meters were not available in 2009. Please refer to EB52 Annex 60 paragraph 4.. 2) The DOE is requested to further explain how the calculation of the emission reductions is correct, in particular that it discounts the emission reductions for this monitoring period due to a mistake in the previous monitoring period, considering that neither the monitoring plan nor the methodology has such provisions. Please refer to VVM version 01.2 paragraph 208 (c)..
