1. The PP/DOE shall clarify how is justified the dta on flare temperature higher than 500°C and in some cases higher than 850°C during the period when the average gas flow rate was less than 300Nm3/hr, considering that as per the manufacturer’s specification the average gas flow rate higher than 300Nm3/hr ensures a temperature of 850°C. 2. The DOE shall clarify how the assumption of 50% of flare efficiency is justified when the flare temperature is between 500°C and 850°C is in accordance with the revised monitoring plan which does not specify this requirement and/or the requirement of the ‘Tool to determine project emissions from flaring gases containing methane’ which specifies limit on temperature of the exhaust gas and not the flare temperature.
