1.The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the correct application of 90 % default value for flare efficiency, as per the “Tool to determine project emissions from flaring gases containing methane” since no information has been provided regarding the manufacturer’s specifications for the flare. 2. In the Verification report, Section A page 18, the parameter WCH4,y is defined as “total amount of landfill gas captured”, instead of “methane fraction in the LFG”.
