The DOE is requested to clarify how it has verified that: 1. The monitoring of quantity of peanut shells used in the project activity was conducted continuously using scales. The DOE shall also clarify how it considers that checking a sample record of stock for Nov-Dec 2005 is sufficient for a monitoring period of seven years; 2. The measurement of monthly calorific value of petcoke was conducted in accordance with the methodology.
