The DOE shall clarify how it verified the measured values of auxiliary consumption (recorded at site 1) for the monitoring period in accordance with the monitoring plan, considering that the values reported in the excel sheets are derived from the calculations of gross generation and electricity exported. DOE/PP if necessary, shall also submit the revised monitoring report and verification report.
