The monitoring plan and the methodology states that “All of the measurement instruments are to be recalibrated monthly as per internationally accepted procedures except for the measurement of HFC 23 flow” while the DOE verified the calibration of meters for natural gas, steam the vent gas leaving the destruction chamber which were calibrated only on June 2009. Further clarification is required.
