The DOE shall clarify that how it has verified the calculation of the emission factor (EFy) for the two year monitoring period is in accordance with the revised monitoring plan, which mentions the frequency of recording for this parameter in section D.3 as once during the PDD and in section E of the PDD it mentions that EFgrid is fixed ex-ante and EFin-house is calculated on annual basis.
