The PDD indicates a hydro turbine type HLA351 and generator type SF16-6/2680 or SF16-8/2600 to be installed in the project activity; however the DOE verified that a turbine type HLA542-LJ-135 and generator type SF 16-8/2860 have been installed instead. The DOE is required to clarify how it verified the project implementation in relation to the registered PDD and explain why a request for changes in PDD has not been submitted prior to the first request for issuance as per EB48 Annex 66.
