The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified that the project activity has been operated as per the registered PDD, considering the fact that the operating hours and the percentage of electricity exported to the rice mill and steel plant have been consistently higher than the estimate in the PDD. It is noted that the operating hours exceeded 8,000 hours/yr and the percentage of electricity exported to the rice mill and steel plant exceeded 40% during the last three years, as compared to the 7,008 hours/yr of operating hours and 20% of electricity exported to the rice mill and steel plant assumed in the PDD.
