OTHER ISSUES: 1.The PP has provided two sets of data in the spreadsheet. The two sets of data are consistent with each other from January to December 2007. However, for December 2006, the reported data sets are inconsistent. Clarification is required. 2. The DOE states in its verification report (p.5) that ‘the yearly emission reductions of the project reach the magnitude declared in the PDD’, however, the emission reductions being claimed for this monitoring period are 35% higher than the PDD estimation Further clarification is required. 3. The spreadsheet shows that at 03:20 on 7 June 2007 the generation has reached 457 kWh, which is 30.6% higher than the plant capacity. Clarification is required. 4. Monitoring Report (p.2) mentions that the date of last calibration was 23/02/2006. However, Verification Report (p.4) states that the calibration certificate issue date was 18/07/2006. Clarification is required. 5. The Verification Report (page.5) stated inconsistent recording frequency of the measurement: para. 4 states 5 minutes while para. 5 states 2 minutes. - - - - - - CONFIDENTIAL 013/
