1. The DOE stated that the plant generated electricity prior to June 2006 for testing operation and supplied to the grid commercially from June 2006 and verified the calibration of the meters based on calibration certificate dated on 29 November 2007. Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified the calibration of the meters in accordance with the monitoring plan which requires the annual calibration of the meters by an external calibration laboratory. 2. The verification report refers to electricity generation certificates for years 2006 and 2007 from Administrador del Mercado Mayorista, while the monitoring period is from January 2007 to January 2008. Further clarification is required.
