1. The DOE is required to clarify how it verified the reported values of electricity consumed from the grid by the clinker production and by the blended cement grinding units as the existing electricity-meter, located in the main feeder, monitors the total electricity imported. 2. The DOE is required to clarify how it verified the reported values of electricity consumed from the self generation by the clinker production and by the blended cement grinding units as the existing five electricity-meters monitor the total electricity self-generated. 3. The revised monitoring plan states that the grid-emission factor is to be updated ex-post, however the project applied one fixed value for the whole monitoring period. Clarifications are required.
