The Verification Report (VR, p.20) states that the calibration for the main meter, i .e. meter # 0506981 was valid for 2 years and the recalibration was delayed from September 2007 to January 2008. Clarification is required on how the DOE has closed the issue concerning the impact of delayed calibration without making the most conservative assumption.
