Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1. It is evident through reported data from the previous monitoring periods that the PLF of the power plants have been continuously above the PLF provided in the PDD (i.e. 45% for Cachoeira Encoberta and 47% for Triunfo). The PP/DOE shall clarify whether these differences are attributed to typical rainy seasons as cited by the DOE in its verification report, the reason for increase in the emission reductions during this verification period. 2. The DOE shall also clarify the reasons for not requesting either approval or notification of changes from project design, if there is a permanent change in the plant load factor from the estimates in the PDD.
