1. Clarification is required on how the DOE has verified that the project was implemented and operated in accordance with the descriptions in the registered PDD, since the site has an installed capacity of 30.59 MW instead of 30 MW as stated in the PDD and validation report. 2. Clarifications are required on how the DOE verified that the data from 2006 used to calculate the emission factor are suitable for the monitoring period from 01/12/2006 to 30/09/2007.
