OTHER ISSUES: 1.The DOE is requested to clarify how import of electricity from the 10kV backup line mentioned in the previous verifications has been accounted in the calculation of emission reductions. 2.The PDD on Pg.46 mentions that ‘Fujian Electric Power Company reads Main Meter and records data at 24:00 on the 28th day of every month’. However, the verification report mentions that the grid company take the readings at 24:00 hrs on 27th day of every month. Further clarification is required.
