Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE reported that LPG (liquified Petroleum Gas) has been used as fuel during startup of the boiler to preheat the combustion zone, before the rice husk can sustain its own combustion during site visit, and subsequently this LPG emissions has been eliminated “as it does not have any material impact” (p.17 of the VR refers).  The DOE is requested to further explain how the elimination of the emissions from the use of LPG is in line with para. 15 of the “Guideline on the Application of Materiality in Verifications, (v1, EB69). In particular, why the Project participants have not been requested to correct the error or, if it is not possible to do so, follow the requirements related to post-registration changes in the “Clean development mechanism project standard” (PS). Please refer to para. 234 of the VVS.
