OTHER ISSUES: As the grid emission factor for 2008 was calculated only based on 9-month data, corrections are required to be submitted by applying 2007 grid emission factor in line with ACM0002 in the calculation of emission reduction for this whole monitoring period. The DOE is required to submit a new request for issuance form which corresponds to the corrected certified emission reductions.
