Further clarification is required on: 1.1) How the DOE verified the measurement of the volume of the biomass entering the plant. 1.2) How the DOE cross-checked the biomass measurements against an annual energy balance based on purchased quantities and stock changes as per the methodology. 2. How the DOE verified that the choice of using simple adjusted Operating Margin (OM) is in accordance with the applied methodology ACM0002, which specifies dispatch data analysis as the first methodological choice for OM calculation. 3. The appropriateness of calculating CERs for the year 2008 using grid emission factor calculated based on only nine months data for the year of 2008.
