OTHER ISSUES: CAR6 mentioned that the electricity meter measured 6,848 MWh and the CCEE CB02 Report shows a value of 7,421.99 MWh for May 2008. At the DOE’s request, the PP revised the monitoring report according to the higher value from the CCEE report and CAR6 was closed. The PP/DOE shall clarify the reason for the discrepancy between these two measurements and justify that choosing the higher value for the emission reduction calculations was appropriate.
