The DOE is requested to clarify why a notification of changes from the registered PDD has not been submitted as per EB48 Annex 66 considering that changes occurred, which affected the overall project operation/ability to deliver emission reductions as stated in the registered PDD, as follows: i) the number of installed flares increased from 3 to 5, ii) the registered PDD assumed the installation of one 380kW blower, while the project installed four 75kW blowers and iii) the daily waste capacity of the landfill doubled to 5,000 t/day from 2,500 t/day as in the registered PDD.
