Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1. The DOE is requested to clarify why a notification of changes from the registered PDD has not been submitted as per EB48 Annex 66 considering that changes occurred, which affected the overall project operation/ability to deliver emission reductions as stated in the registered PDD, as follow: i) the project installed two diesel fuel generators that are not mentioned in the registered PDD; ii) the registered PDD assumed the installation of one 380kW blower, while the project installed four 75kW blowers; iii) the daily waste capacity of the landfill doubled to 5,000 t/day from 2,500 t/day as in the registered PDD; iv) the number of installed flares increased from 3 to 5 since last verification. 2. The DOE is requested to clarify how it confirmed that the monitoring plan is in accordance with the methodology considering that the applied methodology requires monitoring of working hours of the flare, which has not been included in the monitoring plan.
