1) The DOE has not certified the emissions reduction of (19,147 tCO2e) for the period of 19 days (from 13/12/2013 to 31/12/2013) in the current monitoring period (13/12/2013 to 12/06/2014). This is not in accordance with paragraph 332 of VVS version 07, Decision 3/CMP.1, paragraph 59 and Decision 3/CMP.1, paragraph 64.
