Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1. The DOE (P10) stated that it verified the flare efficiency as per the Annex 13 of EB28. However, during the whole monitoring period, the spreadsheet indicated that the temperature of the two flare is below 500 degree. Further clarification is required. 2. The DOE raised CAR#4 regarding CO2 emission factor for the grid and closed this CAR based on the application of 1.3tCO2/MWh for the calculation of the project emission as per Annex 7 of EB39. However, the final calculation of the project emission was based on the factor of 1 tCO2/MWh. Further clarification is required. 3. Further clarification is required how the DOE verified the amount of LFG captured and flared since the verification report only states (p 9) that the data “was verified choosing randomly raw data.”
