1. Further clarification is required on how the monitoring of methane content has been measured continuously in line with the methodology and monitoring plan, in particular: i. There were no methane analysis results either from continuous analyser or portable analyser for several days throughout December 2006 - July 2008; ii. The application of iterative method to determine monthly methane concentration which resulted in a higher figure than the average daily values for several months. 2. It was reported that the flare efficiency was conducted quarterly, however the DOE only verified 2 certificates dated May 2005 and April 2007 (p.11 Verification Report and Document references).
