Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified the monitoring and accounting in emission reduction calculation for the electricity imported for project construction consumption in accordance with monitoring plan in section D.5 of PDD. 2. Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified that application of ex-post grid emission factor was in accordance with PDD and validation report which states it to be determined ex-ante. 3. The “attachment 7: Detailed description of the Monitoring Methodology and Plan” as mentioned in the PDD is required to be submitted.
