The DOE raised a CL regarding the load factors for June and July 2008 which 111% and 118% higher than the installed capacity respectively and closed it because the capacity of turbines can reach 9.75MW during the flood season such as June and July, which is 30% higher than the design capacity. Further clarification is required of how the DOE verified 9.75MW against the validated output capacity in the validation report considering the fact that the thresholds of the small and large scale is 15MW and 2 units of 9.75MW are above the small scale.
