1) The DOE shall clarify if the readings from the flow meters are directly applicable to the default density value used, i.e.  if the biogas flow readings are normalized to 0°C / 1 atm as per IPCC 1996 vol. 3, page 1.124. Please refer to VVM version 1.2 paragraph 208 (d).
