OTHER ISSUES: 1. As per para 178 (c) of validation and verification manual , further clarification is required on how the DOE cross-checked the figures reported in workbook including natural gas, electricity and steam consumption with other available sources such as invoices or sale receipts. 2. The DOE shall clarify the validity of Certificate of analysis of gas cylinders N2O, NO, NO2 with multiple concentrations by Deokyang Energen Corporation, since the verification report states that this certificate is valid in 2008 .
