1. Methane fraction in the LFG was measured hourly. Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified that the requirement in the monitoring plan that methane fraction in the LFG to be measured by “continuos gas quality analyser” has been met. 2. Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified that the “95% confidence level” requirement of the methodology for measuring methane fraction in the LFG has been met, in particular for the 9 days when not full measurements were obtained.
