The DOE is requested to clarify how it has verified that: 1. The methodological requirement for continuous measurement of LFG flow recovered, flared and used for evaporation of leachate was met, since the verification report mentions flow meter record is a measurement of daily LFG flow taken at a specific time. 2. Twice a day measurement for concentration of methane content is sufficient to deliver result at 95% confidence level, as required by the methodology.
