The monitoring report states that the main meter having serial number 028694866, owned by the national utility ENEE, was last calibrated on 05/05/2006. The DOE has confirmed that as per national regulations in Honduras, calibration frequency for meters determined by ENEE is every 5 years. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified that: i) the calibration of the main meter is in accordance with paragraph 17(c)of the "General Guidelines to SSC CDM methodologies" EB 58, Annex 23 which states that measuring equipments should be calibrated at least once in 3 years. ii) The emission reductions from the project activity are appropriate in accordance with EB 52, Annex 60 "Guidelines for assessing compliance with the calibration frequency requirements".
