Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified that the calibration of measurement equipment is done monthly in accordance with the requirements of the National Measurement Regulation Agency, INMETRO as stated in monitoring plan. Other Issue: The verification report on page 9 and page 13 referenced methodology of AM0001 instead of AM0003. Correction is required.
