The monitoring report indicated that the main meter is shared with other WEGs which are not belonged to the project activity. Further, the spreadsheet indicated that the electricity generated by each WEG (EGWEG) and the electricity generated recorded at the VCB (EGVCB) are used to calculate the emission reductions while the monitoring plan stated that EGWEG and EGVCB are not used for the emissions reductions. The DOE is requested to clarify: 1) how it verified the net electricity supplied to the grid based on the approach applied by the PP; and 2) Whether the parameter EGWEG and EGVCB were used to calculate the net electricity supplied to the grid
