1) The DOE is required to clarify how it verified the compliance of the project with the monitoring methodology AMS-III.H v04 regarding the measurement of amount of methane recovered. 2) The DOE shall clarify the rationale regarding the use of negative readings of methane concentration to calculate ERs while closing CL#13. OTHER ISSUES 3) The DOE is required to clarify whether the zero-checks of the gas analyser were performed in accordance with the monitoring plan.
