Call for AT Experts

In accordance with the procedure for accrediting operational entities by the CDM Executive Board, the CDM assessment teams (CDM-AT), under the guidance of the accreditation panel (CDM-AP), undertake the detailed assessment of the AEs and/or DOEs, identify non-conformities and report to the CDM-AP. A CDM-AT shall be established by the CDM-AP which draws members from a roster of experts established by the EB for this purpose.

  • Roster of Experts
    • Experts should meet the competence requirements for the CDM ad hoc teams and its members, contained in the Terms of reference for the assessment teams (Version 03) (111 KB)
    • The selection of the applicants to be included in the roster is the responsibility of the CDM accreditation panel
    • The UNFCCC roster of experts for the CDM ad hoc teams is maintained by the secretariat.

  • Work conditions for ad hoc assessment team members
    • Being included in the roster of experts does not imply that the expert will undertake an assessment
    • The members of CDM accreditation assessment teams (CDM-AT) shall be paid fees, in accordance with the United Nations rules and regulations, to undertake the assessment of an operational entity related to accreditation, re-accreditation, suspension or withdrawn
    • The terms of payment will be effective after satisfactory completion of work and approved by the CDM accreditation panel.
