Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) Through the verification report (pages 5, 6, 50 and 51 along with FAR01 and CL01) it is observed that there are six additional hydropower units (total 418 MW capacity) installed and commissioned in 2016 (between August and October 2026) with commercial operation on 03 January 2017. However, such change of increase in the capacity request has not been submitted for approval by the Board within two years of the commissioning or implementation of the changes, whichever is later. The PP/DOE are requested to further clarify how the submitted post registration change request meets the CDM requirements.    Please refer to paragraph 132 of the CDM Project Cycle Procedure, version 3..
