Incompetence
Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE is requested to further substantiate how it determined that the monitoring of the biomass-related parameters has been monitored/implemented in accordance with the registered monitoring plan and the applied methodology (ACM0006 ver. 14, section 6.2) which require that the measurements shall be crosschecked with an annual energy balance that is based on purchased quantities and stock changes, whereas during the monitoring period the measurements for the biomass quantities were cross-checked against the monthly reports sent to the electricity company "(Electricity Superintendency Superintendencia de Elecricidad- SIE)". Please refer to VVS-PA ver. 3 paragraph 360.
