1) Refer to paragraph: VVS-PoA ver. 02 paragraphs 251/346, PCP-PoA ver. 02 paragraphs 168 -170

The monitoring report (Section E.2), the validation report for PRC (Section D.2)  and verification report (Section E.3.4.2) indicate that all parameters, except the stove thermal capacity, have been monitored “at least every two years” as per the revised approved PoA-DD (ver. 23) whereas the monitoring plan of the included CPA-DDs requires the frequency of the monitoring parameter as “annually”. The DOE is requested to substantiate how it verified the monitoring in compliance with the provisions under paragraphs 168-170 of the PCP-PoA ver. 02 considering that a) the monitoring frequency verified and validated as part of PRC is considered not to be in accordance with the monitoring plan of the included CPA-DDs as per VVS-PoA ver. 02 paragraphs 346 and 251 and b) the CME/DOE did not submit a notification of change to revise the monitoring frequency to “at least every two year” in the monitoring plan of the included CPA-DDs.
