SECTION 3: COMMENTS SUPPORTING REVIEW REQUEST
Please elaborate the reason for requesting a review on the issues you indicated in section 2 above
1) Refer to paragraph: paragraphs 319, 320 and 347(a) of VVS-PoA, version 2.0 The DOE shall clarify how it has verified the sample surveys (water boiling tests - WBTs) of the CPAs 9007-P1-0002-CP1, 9007-P1-0004-CP1 and 9007-P1-0006-CP1, since it appears that only one thermometer was used by the CME to carry out the WBTs (as per page 25 of the monitoring report, table and footnote) through the field measurements (page 18-19 of the monitoring report). Clarification is required on how a total of 5 surveys including all of the WBTs conducted on 11 November 2019, the 7 surveys on 12 November 2019, and the 5 surveys on 13 November 2019, etc. could have been conducted through the field measurements and with one thermometer within each respective calendar day considering the significant physical distances among the field sites that required extensive travels between the locations. The DOE is requested to provide an assessment based on the CME's original plan and records with a presentation on the exact timing, where records are available, for each of these WBTs that have taken place. |
