1) Refer to paragraph: paragraph 301 of PCP-PoA (version 02.0)

The DOE explained that up to 31/12/2016, the frequency of energy meters calibration was two years, and according to the updated procedure by ONS, the National Electric System Operator, the calibration frequency is revised to five years, effective 01/01/2017. The change in the calibration frequency therefore became effective during the first PoA period (13/09/2012 – 12/09/2019). The DOE is requested to explain the correctness of combining the request for post registration change, in particular the change in calibration frequency, with the PoA renewal request. Furthermore, the change cannot be considered as temporary deviation during the first PoA period considering that the revised calibration frequency of five years is due to the update of the procedure by ONS and permanent in nature.
