Call for public input on the revision of the methodology AMS-I.I.: Biogas/biomass thermal applications for households/small users”, (10 to 24 October 2024, 23:59 CEST).

The Methodologies Panel (MP) is seeking inputs on the revision of the methodology “AMS-I.I.: Biogas/biomass thermal applications for households/small users”, as contained in MP 95 Annex 02.

The work was carried out in response to the mandate by the Board at its 116th meeting (EB 116 report para. 33) to further work on the methodology, to update baseline emissions and to strengthen the requirements on accounting for physical leakage of methane from biogas digester.

The scope of the public input shall include but is not limited to the highlighted text of the proposed changes to the relevant methodologies and tools as shown in the concept note.

Stakeholders are invited to provide their inputs on the concept note in the commenting table found here.

The call for inputs from stakeholders is open from 10 to 24 October 2024, 23:59 CEST
