Call for public input on the concept note "Ensuring the consistency in definitions of market penetration metrics and thresholds for additionality demonstration", (21 February to 7 March 2022, 23:59 CEST)

The Methodologies Panel (MP) is seeking inputs on the concept note “Ensuring the consistency in definitions of market penetration metrics and thresholds for additionality demonstration”, as contained in MP 87 Annex 01.

This work is being carried out in response to the mandate by the Board at its 110th meeting (EB 110 report, para. 30) and also covers the mandate by the Board at its 108th meeting (EB 108 report, para. 30 (c)) to revise “TOOL23: Additionality of first-of-its-kind project activities”.

Stakeholders are invited to provide their inputs on the methodology in the commenting table found here.

The public inputs will be taken into account when preparing the final draft of the methodology to be recommended to the Board.
