Call for input on the "Combined tool to identify the baseline scenario and demonstrate additionality" (TOOL 02) (7 April to 21 April 2017, 24:00 GMT)

The Methodologies Panel (MP) was seeking inputs on the draft “Combined tool to identify the baseline scenario and demonstrate additionality” (TOOL 02), as contained in MP 72 Annex 7

The Board considered a concept note on the gap analysis to the existing combined tool at its ninetieth meeting (EB 90 report, para. 51) and requested the MP and secretariat to further work jointly on this issue based on the feedback provided. At its ninety-second meeting the Board requested the MP to revise the combined tool according to guidelines given (EB 92 report, para 35).

Stakeholders were invited to provide their inputs on the draft methodological tool in the commenting table found here.

The call for inputs from stakeholders was open from 7 April to 21 April 2017, (24:00 GMT).

The public inputs will be taken into account when preparing the final tool to be recommended to the Board at a future meeting.
