Call for public input on the draft revision of "AM0048: New cogeneration project activities supplying electricity and heat to multiple costumers" (16 to 31 May 2014, 24:00 GMT)

The Methodologies Panel sought inputs on the top-down revision of “AM0048: New cogeneration project activities supplying electricity and heat to multiple costumers”.

Stakeholders were invited to provide their inputs on the draft revision of the methodology, as contained in annex 7 of the report of the 63rd meeting of the Methodologies Panel. The appendix of this annex contains a flowchart that depicts the consolidated criteria for the baseline determination for methodologies applicable to cogeneration projects. These criteria are and will be the basis for the revision of this and other cogeneration methodologies. Stakeholders were invited to provide their inputs, on revised methodology as well as the appendix, in the commenting table found here.

The approaches are designed in accordance with approved "Guidelines for determining baselines for measure(s)". These guidelines are available at the following website: http://cdm.unfccc.int/Reference/Guidclarif/index.html.

The call for inputs from stakeholders was open from 16 to 31 May 2014 (24:00 GMT).

The inputs from this call will be considered at the sixty-fourth meeting of the Methodologies Panel.
