Call for public input on the draft revision of the four A/R CDM methodologies: AR-AM0014; AR-ACM0003; AR-AMS0003; AR-AMS0007 (21 August - 05 September 2013, 24:00 GMT)

The Afforestation and Reforestation Working Group (A/R WG) sought inputs on the draft revision of the following A/R CDM methodologies:

1. AR-AM0014: Afforestation and reforestation of degraded mangrove habitats;
2. AR-ACM0003: Afforestation and reforestation of lands except wetlands;
3. AR-AMS0003: Simplified baseline and monitoring methodology for small scale CDM afforestation and reforestation project activities implemented on wetlands;
4. AR-AMS0007: Simplified baseline and monitoring methodology for small scale CDM afforestation and reforestation project activities implemented on lands other than wetlands.

The Executive Board of the CDM had requested the A/R WG to revise the methodologies in order to allow use of approved standardized baselines when available.

Stakeholders were invited to provide their inputs on the draft revisions as contained in annexes 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the report of the 38th meeting of the A/R WG.
