The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
The DOE is requested to further explain how it has validated: (a) the suitability of the auxiliary consumption and tariff of Hydro Power Project at Tangnu being verified against PPA of Hydro Power Project at Masli (VR pages 14 and 18, reference /4/); (b) the subsidy from MNES, as the response from PP to the comments during the GSP in the validation report (p 35) states that "All Parameters which are used for calculation of project IRR are included in section B.5 of revised PDD and subsidy given by MNES" while the spreadsheet did not show any subsidy in the calculation of the investment analysis. The DOE is requested to explain what the subsidy is, and how it has been appropriately applied for the project activity.
