Submission incomplete:
1: The PP/DOE are requested to describe the GHG sources with in the project boundary in the PDD as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The PDD and VR provide inconsistent information with regard to 1) the project emissions from flaring and 2) emissions from discharge of treated wastewater to anaerobic lagoons. On page 16 of PDD, both emissions are not included as GHG source in the project boundary, while on page 25-26 of PDD and page 48-49 of VR, both emissions are included in the project emission calculation. The PP/DOE shall clarify on this inconsistency.

2: The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The following monitoring parameters are not included as per the "Tool to determine project emissions from flaring gases containing methane", version 1 (EB 38, Annex 13)

- Volumetric fraction of methane in the residual gas (biogas to be flared) in the hour h (fvCH4,h);
- Volumetric flow rate of residual gas in dry basis at normal condition in the hour h (FVRG,h , m3/h);



3: The DOE is requested to describe how each applicability condition of the methodology/ies is fulfilled by the project activity as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 76.
The PDD and VR provide different information on the applicability condition 1) of AMS III.H version 16.
According to page 46 of VR, the DOE identified that para. 1 (f) of AMS III.H version 16 is applicable to the project, while the PDD describes para. 1d) as applicable. The PP/DOE shall clarify this inconsistency.
