In line with EB 41, Annex 12 (section B.5), the PP/DOE are requested to list all input values and references used in the investment analysis. Illustrate in a transparent manner all data used to assess the additionality of the project activity (variables, parameters, data sources etc.). Furthermore, the DOE has not validated the following parameters in line with VVM v1.2 paragraph 111 (a) and (b): total investment cost with breakup, operation and maintenance costs, sales taxes, ANEEL/grid dispatch/connection taxes, social contribution, D/E ratio, loan interest, income tax and additional income tax. For all the input vales used, the DOE shall confirm that the values were valid and applicable at the time of investment decision, in line with EB 62, Annex 5, paragraph 6.
