Submission incomplete:
1: The investment analysis has considered the two different sites as one individual project activity. The investment analysis should be presented for each site in separate in order to confirm that both and each of the sites included in the PDD are additional.



2: The DOE is requested to confirm the accuracy of the financial calculations carried out for the investment analysis as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (c).
In particular, the DOE is requested to validate the investment analysis conducted for each site.

3: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraphs 111 (b) and 114 (a). ,
In particular, the DOE shall explain how it has crosschecked the operating costs and considered the values to be suitable and appropriate.

4: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated sensitivity analysis of the investment analysis as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 111 (e).
In particular, the DOE shall present the sensitivity analysis for the electricity generation and correct the following information found in page 29 in the Validation Report,i.e. "Errore. L'origine riferimento non è stata trovajavascript:ircnw_edit_ok('issue_60')ta."

5: The DOE is requested to report how it has validated the scope of the common practice analysis as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 121 (b) and (c),
In particular the DOE shall report how it has validated that the period between April 2004 and July 2011 is appropriate to identify projects that are similar to the project activity.
